As most of our orders are shipped the same day, we recommend that you place a separate order for the new product. It usually goes faster for you as a customer and as a result you do not lose the product reservations in the first purchase.
The majority of all orders are sent out to the end customer with a trackable parcel number. If you have not received a package number, it is likely that your order has not left our warehouse, You as a customer should also receive an email where you will receive information that your order is on its way, as well as information about what applies in the event of a possibly canceled/wrong purchase. If you have questions about your order when you have not received a parcel number, you are welcome to contact customer service.
Jobman has a wide range of sizes, especially for trousers. It is particularly important to choose the right leg length when choosing trousers with a knee protection pocket, so that they are placed correctly on the leg. Almost all our men’s trousers are available in three size ranges. C-sizes are available in normal leg length, e.g. C50, C-sizes with knee protectors. C50, C sizes with long leg length, eg. C150 and D sizes with short leg length e.g. D96. D96. If you are unable to try on the garments in store, you can measure your body measurements to determine the correct size. In this case, take your measurements in close-fitting underwear, without the tape measure cutting in.
